Fordhall Farm in North Shropshire was saved from development in June 2006 when over 8000 people purchased non-profit making £50 shares in the Fordhall Community Land Initiative.
Now owned by its shareholders, the land and house are leased to Ben and Charlotte Hollins, whilst the Fordhall Community Land Initiative utilises the same land for community benefit through events, volunteering and educational visits. We really hope you are able to visit Fordhall Farm
in the near future and see what you have helped to save for everyone to enjoy.

is registered in England and Wales as an Industrial and Provident Society. Reg No. 30030R.
